Demands

Many buyers have different financial resources and requirements which do not allow to make the deals with our current suppliers.

That's why we are always interested in establishing relations both with factories, traders to make our proposals more flexible.

We deal with seller's agents and other supplier's intermediaries only if we had some buisnes with them before.

We are especially interested in contacts with direct suppliers. In order to establish reliable relations we expect the following:
  • to obtain fresh past proofs of Seller's deliveries (copy of B/L, SGS, POP or L/C, with supplier name on it)
  • to get general terms of offers (minimal contract size, destination country reestirctions, possible payment forms, PB or counterguarantee size, ability to supply on CNF, procedure).
  • to sign NcNDA or Agent Agreement.
  • to get Seller's contract drafts.
