    SELLER'S PROCEDURE:
    1. The Buyer sends LOI on Buyer's letterhead, signed & sealed:
    2. The Seller issues to the Buyer signed & sealed FCO.
    3. The Buyer signs and seals with corporate stamp FCO and returns with bank endorsed LOI or BCL (Format R40).
    4. The Seller issues a draft contract for the Buyer's approval.
    5. The Seller and the Buyer sign the contract by fax with further exchange hard contract copies signed & sealed, by courier.


    NOTE: Procedure may vary for concrete case according to Seller's demands.
