DOCUMENTS: Certificates available in Russian and Ukrainian.

PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer sends signed and sealed Letter of Intent (LOI) on buyer's letterhead with banking information and contacts, not older than 5 days.
2. Seller sends draft contract(s).
3. Buyer signs contract and returns hard copies by courier delivery service.
4. Shipment commences within 30-45 days after receipt and acceptance of letter of credit.
