Please, request with LOI. PB: 0 (the product selled is already in the loading port). PROCEDURE: 1. Buyer sends to Seller the signed & sealed Letter of Intent (LOI) on buyer's letterhead, with banking details and legal contacts, no older than 5 days. (If ICPO with target price is possible the procedure will be quicker). 2. Seller sends FCO to the Buyer. 3. Buyer returns signed FCO with either bank endorsed ICPO or ICPO+BCL (especially for Nigerian orders) or ICPO with soft probe (only for CIS, Vietnam and China). ICPO should have target price and validity date. 4. Seller sends draft contract to the Buyer. 5. Buyer and Seller exchange the signed contracts both by fax (email) and by courier deliver service (DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex). 6. The contract procedure follows. NOTE: It's complete buyer's choice to select the type of source they need!!! Insist on inspection of goods by Buyer's representative in the loading port.
